Lloydminster Mounties are searching for a man wanted after an unprovoked machete attack last week.
Shortly after midnight on June 21, a group approached a man at a home on 49 Street in Lloydminster. A man from the group pulled out a machete and attacked the other man, an RCMP spokesperson confirmed with Postmedia Wednesday.
Emergency crews tended to the victim, whose injuries were non-life-threatening, police said.

Jordan Keenan, 29, is wanted on warrants for aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and breach of probation.
Keenan — who also goes by Jordan Keenan-Quewezance — has ties to the Edmonton area, police said Tuesday, adding he is six-feet-two and 190 pounds with hazel or brown eyes and “tattoos covering much of his face and arms.”
Police consider Keenan armed and dangerous, so if you see him, do not approach him and call 911, your local police or Lloydminster RCMP at 780-808-8400.
