Edmonton weather: A potent mix of sun and clouds that will last all week

A look at Tuesday’s Edmonton weather from Environment Canada.

Just taking a glance at the seven-day weather forecast below, I get the sense I’m going to end up sounding like a parrot all week, squawking “A mix of sun and cloud!” again and again every morning.

Tuesday will have a very cloudy morning, clearing up just enough to be a mix of sun and clouds, with a high of 8 C. The clouds will persist overnight, where winds will climb to 15 km/h, temperatures will drop to -5 C, and there will be a wind chill of -9. Those winds will continue to gust into Wednesday, which will be more cloud than sun, with a high of 7 C and a wind chill of -8 in the morning.
